Hello and good day! I'm Ali!

I'm a mom of two small children, a cheerful extrovert, a business owner, a Capricorn, a paper lover, a flower enthusiast (especially pink roses), a traveler, and I love to use my creative potential and need to be constantly busy...

I created the MINIMEE brand after years of using regular paper products, which left me frustrated with having everything scattered and disorganized. I often found myself searching for things. Yes, you might wonder why, in this age of electronic tools, apps, and other cool things, I decided to start a paper brand... well, it's actually simple. Paper has been with me since high school, and even though I've tried various high-tech gadgets and apps, I reached a point where I felt overwhelmed. So, I returned to paper.

As a Capricorn, planning and organization is my strenght. I've always been a highly organized person, and honestly, chaos has no place in my life. I need order and structure. That's why I started using planners, but over time, I realized they constrained me and didn't offer enough space for my drawings and creative expressions. The columns became monotonous, and using the planner became a routine. Often, my planner ended up unfinished in a drawer. I simply lost interest.

But what to do when you want to plan and a planner doesn't suit your needs? Well, why not create your own notebook?
This idea stayed with me and continued to grow. So, at the beginning of 2019, I founded my own brand - MINIMEE. I was one of the first Czech brands to start using dotted notebooks.

I discovered dots abroad, and since they aid in creative work, I realized that's what I needed and wanted to try... So it all started with creating dotted notebooks with spiral binding. And trust me, once you try working with dots, you'll understand what I mean. It engages your brain differently, and suddenly creative ideas start flowing... And then there's no going back. Once it grabs you, it becomes an addiction. And what about those stickers, right? Abroad, it's called bullet journaling. It's about writing and creating with dots. So anyone who combines planning and creative work in a dotted notebook is essentially creating a bullet journal. A personal planner. And that's where the fun begins. Yes, it might seem challenging at first, but once you define what you need and want, it becomes easy. All you need is determination and a desire to start. Maybe with my dotted notebooks as a start. :)

My brand has been operating for several years. These are years of creating and writing with joy, planning without worries, and feeling good. Mobile and electronic planning tools continue to thrive. But I'm simply a "paper person." And many of you are too.

That's why MINIMEE has evolved significantly since then. Besides dotted notebooks, I also have desk planners, dotted pads, TO DO lists, and many stickers to complete various overviews, pages, etc. I supply both end users and various stores and stationery shops. I firmly believe that it will continue to thrive successfully.
